Janet Ridgway was born in Odessa, TX  and moved to San Angelo when she was four. She has experience of 4 years as an active Realtor, but many years of flipping homes and having rental properties.  It was the experience of flipping homes to put her 3 daughters through college that gave Janet inspiration to begin a career in Real Estate.  Envisioning the possibilities of a property, and how it can be adapted to your needs is truly a strong suit and allows her to both help Sellers in marketing properties and Buyers in identifying diamonds in the rough.  

Janet Ridgway graduated with honors from Angelo State University with a BBA in Marketing.  Her marketing degree has served her well as she works to create a plan for each home to best represent the needs of her Sellers.  .

Janet Ridgway entered the Real Estate world after selling a family owned business and raising her daughters.  She feels this time is her time to truly pursue her passion of helping families and individuals in buying and selling their homes. She knows how she would like to have a Realtor guide her daughters through the home buying process, and strives to offer that level of service to each Buyer she represents.  Evidence of her level of service is the over 90 properties she sold in 2018, and her position as a top 10 producer in San Angelo in 2017 and 2018.  

Janet and Tom Ridgway have been married 40 years, and look forward to continuing to enjoy more happy years of working in Real Estate together.  They work together to give you a personal buying or selling experience.  They are family, and will treat you like family as well!
